Deadlines

Abstract submission: February 15, 2018. (Extended to 28 February 2018.)
Acceptance: March 15, 2018.
Early registration: March 31, 2018.

You have to register before April 15, 2018.

Fees

Early registration (and payments via bank transfer): 280€ (Euros). (340€ after March 31 and before April 15)
Early Student registration (and payments via bank transfer): 180€ (Euros). (240€ after March 31 and before April 15)

The registration fee includes the delegate pack (conference bag, book of abstracts, timetable, pad of paper, pen, etc.), coach transport from Athens airport to Kalamata on 1 July, and from Kalamata to Athens airport on 7 July, two coffee breaks per day, the welcome reception, the conference dinner and a half-day excursion.

The charge for accompanying persons is 160€ (Euros) per person and it includes the coach transport (as above), the welcome reception, the conference dinner and the half day excursion.

Participants are strongly encouraged to stay at the Elite Hotel, and the accommodation can be booked here. The organisers have negotiated a special rate for conference delegates.

Methods of payment

There are two options available, you can either pay:

1) At the conference desk only in cash (we do not have the facilities for card payment)
2) Through bank transfer
